SOBOLO: THE HEALTHIER CHOICE OF BEVERAGE
In Ghana and most of West Africa, sobolo, sometimes referred to as zobo drink, bissap, or hibiscus tea, is a fairly common beverage. Due to its exquisite flavour, positive health effects, and wide range of ingredients that may be utilized in its production, this beverage is very well-liked.
Ingredients: Because there is flexibility in using the fruits and spices of one’s choice, this beverage can be made to taste. Nevertheless, dried hibiscus petals are the most fundamental component.
